Well-Being Index Scores
Every city in America is as unique as the people who thrive there. But where you live can shape how well you age, and every community approaches that differently. The Well-Being Index scores 789 U.S. cities with a population over 50,000 across seven dimensions of daily life and gives each one a chart as distinctive as a thumbprint. That sunburst chart reflects the unique combination across financial, infrastructure, mental & behavioral health, physical environmental, physical health, safety & security, and social. Built by West Health using data from the U.S. Census, CDC, and other federal sources, the Index is designed to illuminate what each community does well and where it can do more.
