AGEPinto two groups: less than 60 years and 60 years or older, whereAGEP < 60is one group andAGEP >= 60is the other. - 3Filter the dataset to include all individuals regardless of other demographic characteristics.

PWGTPto each record to account for survey sampling design. - 5Aggregate the weighted counts by
STATEto calculate the total population and the population aged 60 or older in each state. - 6Calculate the share of the population aged 60 or older by dividing the weighted count of individuals with
